Waterside Gardens, Wigan Pier Quarter is a private residential development of eight contemporary townhouses set in an iconic canal side location noted for its industrial and cultural heritage. After a period of transformation, the area is set to be one of the most sought-after locations in the North West. Built with sustainability and community in mind, standing at three storeys high, the townhouses feature roof terraces on the second-floor level with canal side gardens and each property has its own allocated allotment space.
