A unique and technically challenging build on a tight site - Gledhow Lane is a project that tested the limits of Light Gauge Steel Frame design and provided some challenging  and rewarding technical obstacles.

Gledhow Lane - is a residential property with stunning architectural features:

• Living wall

• Glass top box office

• Floating stairs (cantilever/hung).

Cutting edge from start to finish - the light gauge steel frame used for the structure upholds and embraces this policy - no compromise for technology was required in terms of space / usage or efficiency of the build or it's subsequent use as a home with a multi use upper storey area. The client is delighted with the end product and we are proud to
have been able to deliver the structure to fulfil the design brief.
