Project Overview
Boutique Modern is a volumetric modular buildings manufacturer who specialise in housing products for local authorities and housing associations. We pride ourselves on quality and design, ensuring our products create happy end-users and beautiful places. Our local scale delivery model focusses on maximising social value and generating people-focussed community wealth. In 2020 we took a disused council office building and replaced it with a block of 13 council owned apartments which will provide desperately needed, high quality social housing. Derelict since 2015 this building is now home for families and individuals formerly on the housing waiting list in Lewes District.
