Procurement body LHC has awarded the four-year framework, which is the successor to its offsite construction of recent homes framework – NH2.
This involved a dozen firms however the nationwide third generation framework has been expanded and includes a mixture of offsite modular specialists in addition to larger builders like Beard, R G Carter and Vistry Partnerships.
